SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit a Senior Data Scientist. In this role based in our client's fantastic offices in Gibraltar, you will be defining, building and verifying machine learning solutions, optimization engines and statistical models to maximise business value.

Our clients are a major name within the Online Gaming Sector, and need somebody with at least 5 years in a senior role. What you will be doing:

• Applying machine learning approaches, advanced statistical and analytical techniques to extract general patterns and insights from data
• Understanding how advanced analytic techniques and applications can help solve business problems
• Enhancing overall customer behavioural profiles and improving company capability for optimized next best action
• Choosing the best modelling approach for the given business problem
• Conducting data preparation to integrate data from sources and prepare data ready for modelling and analysis
• Using advanced data manipulation to produce new features that boost model performance
  

The Essentials:

• BSC in computer science, mathematics or statistics
• Excellent problem solving skills along with experience of data analytics at a senior level
• Experience with modelling platforms, machine learning techniques, data engineering, statistical analytics and tools development
• Strong understanding of data mining methodology and experience in rolling out advance data mining models
